Quadro Restaurant

Quadro Restaurant offers diners an amazing array of fresh fish and seafood, caught daily from the surrounding waters! As one of Malta’s finest restaurants, great care has been given to retain its renowned elegance and warmth. Fine silver, glowing candlelight and a beautiful setting create a memorable atmosphere.

The menu features the best in fresh fish and shell fish and every dish is prepared with the greatest care and attention to detail by our highly skilled professional culinary team. Diners may choose to dine indoors or under the stars. Two private rooms with sea views are also available, and are ideal for special occasions or private functions.

Espresso Cafe'

Start your day on the right foot with a stiff Espresso to shake off the last of your slumber and a crunchy, fresh croissant to brighten up the day. Located in the garden of the road to the casino, Espresso Café is open for early morning espresso and croissant , till your after-dinner drink. Ideal for that sandwich break or perhaps an ice-cream or a healthy fruit juice.

Palio's Restaurant

This casual and friendly restaurant offers both indoor and alfresco dining.  Palio’s specialises in Mediterranean and Italian cuisine and offers an exclusive mouth-watering variety of pasta, pizza, meat, fish and vegetarian dishes as well as a variety of antipasti, soups and dips and other regional specialties.

The Terrace Restaurant

The Terrace Restaurant is The Westin Dragonara Resort's main restaurant offers patrons an extensive and lavish buffet for breakfast and dinner. A la carte specialties are served for lunch and dinner. 

Situated at Pool Deck Level, on Level 2, guests may choose to dine indoors or alfresco on the veranda which offers beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea.

At the Terrace Restaurant one can find the vastest choice of the finest product, breads, shellfish, fish, meats, pastas, pastries, cheeses…a myriad of healthy, delicious treats and tasty dishes.  Sunday Lunches are a culinary feast and extremely popular. Eight stations including carvery and live pasta stations feature every Sunday while kids up to 12 years of age eat at half price and they can also enjoy a kids' buffet station with all their favourite food.

The Terrace is open daily for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, and offers both indoor and outdoor dining. Buffet and A la Carte menus are on offer.

The Boat House Wine Bar

Be marvelled by this beautiful 19th century boathouse once belonging to the Noble Scicluna family. Lose yourself in the soft sounds of the sea lapping right at your feet, watch the twinkling lights reflected on the water and sip a full bodied red or a chilled dry white in the most romantic setting on the islands. The Boat House is an excellent place to round of a romantic meal or to enjoy a quiet night out with your loved one or friends.

The Boat House is open between June and September (weather permitting).

Bay View Bar & Restaurant

Situated on the Resorts main Pool Deck, the Bay View Bar offers the freshest and snazziest cocktails in a wonderful setting that is reminiscent of the Caribbean. A pool bar in the morning serving refreshing drinks and sumptuous ice-creams, the bar is magically transformed after 7pm into a Pirate Ship stranded in a desert island, which although deserted, fun, drinks, nibbles and entertainment never lack!  The Bay View Bar & Restaurant operates on a daily basis between May and October (weather permitting). 

Situated at the Reef Club Pool deck, The Waikiki offers patrons a wide variety of refreshing drinks and pre-prepared snacks.

The Waikiki Bar operates on a daily basis between May and October (weather permitting). Food is served from 1200 till 1630hrs.

The Bedouin Bar is situated at the Reef Club and is open daily throughout the months of June – September (weather permitting).  This unique Cocktail Bar offers a splendid and relaxed atmosphere with a wide variety of refreshing alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails that will have you soothed during the hot summer heat served by the glass or by the pitcher. A section of warm mezé is also available should the sea breeze make you peckish.

Situated on the Resort's Bay View Beach, the Bar on the Deck offers a vast selection of refreshing drinks including a fine variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails that are served by the glass or by the pitcher! The Bar on the Deck operates throughout the summer months only, and is accessible exclusively to hotel residents.

For a friendly, relaxing chat, or an intimate conversation, try the Lobby Lounge Bar.
Situated in the Resort's Lobby area on Level 3, the Lobby Lounge Bar presents beautiful scenery of St. George’s Bay, and a menu that serves a wide variety of drinks, cocktails and light snacks. Our resident pianist Edmund Zarb will entertain you with his relaxing music from Monday to Saturday from 1930hrs onwards while duo Sue and Eric will bring your week to a jazzy end every Sunday from 1930hrs onwards.

The Westin Dragonara Resort features a fully fletched fitness centre with a sea view, which is spread out on two levels, includes a gym area that features world class fitness equipment including an entire range of cardiovascular machines on the upper level, and a heated indoor pool with Saunas, Jacuzzis and Steam baths on the lower level.
