Terms & Conditions:
MALTASSIST accepts to purchase tickets to the Hypogeum for clients booking their hotel, apartment or host family through our services. This service is given free of charge.
For clients not booking their accommodation through MALTASSIST, there will be a service charge.

Payment Terms:

Once we have confirmed availability of tickets requested, a PayPal invoice will be sent to you. Payment is to be made as soon as possible.
Once we have received payment, we will reserve your tickets and deliver them to your address in Malta the day before your appointed viewing time.

The Hypogeum does not give refunds for any reason. Once bookings have been made, payment is compulsory.

Maltassist is registered as an Incoming Tour Operator with the Malta Tourism Authority.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Hypogeum is NOT suitable for anyone suffering from claustrophobia.
Children under the age of 6 years are not permitted to enter.
Visitors to the Hypogeum must be sure to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their appointed time. Late arrivals will NOT be granted access and NO refunds will be made.

Clients booking holiday accommodation through our services will receive FREE Hypogeum tickets (subject to availability.
For clients NOT booking their holiday accommodation, we will gladly purchase tickets on their behalf. In such cases, Maltassist will also offer the following services:
a. Tickets will be delivered to the hotel 24 hours before the appointed viewing date.
b. Detailed instructions will be given on how to get to the Hypogeum in Paola.
These two services carry a service charge.
