Payments:

Clients making a booking are requested to pay a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking. This payment can be made either by personal cheque or bank to bank transfer to our bank.
The balance of 75% shall be due eight (8) weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation Fees:

Whenever clients, for any reason, cancel part or all their bookings, the following cancellation fees shall apply:

1. Five or more weeks before arrival - 25% cancellation fee.
2. Four weeks before arrival - 30% cancellation fee.
3. Three weeks before arrival - 50% cancellation fee.
4. Two weeks before arrival - 75% cancellation fee.
5. One week (or less) before arrival - 100% cancellation fee.
